Perception
To change our situation, we must first change ourselves, and to change ourselves we must first change our perception.
To strive to do better, we must first want to do better. Just because we say with our mouth that we can do better does not mean that we are doing better! Because if it is not in our heart and mind to want to accomplish living a better life, we are not going to live it.
We can make our mouths say anything, but can we allow our actions to follow? In order to reach the top, we must first take a step up. And we can’t reach the top until first looking up.
We are humans, we are going to stumble, and some may even fall, but the key is to stand up, wipe the dirt off, and go again. Life is what we choose to make it.
Whether it was conscious or unconscious, our decisions have led us to this very moment. Every choice we have made had a consequence. It either moved us forward, or moved us backward, but it was our choices and actions that led us to where we are. All of us have at some point made bad decisions in life because we are all here together. When you finally come to the realization that it was us who created the current situation, we can finally take control over the next step in our life.
WE HAVE THAT CHOICE…RIGHT NOW!!!!!
We can now make a conscious choice which will bring about the wanted change. Because once we can clearly see how we have arrived, we can clearly design a plan to get us where we want to be.
